Our grape harvest is in full swing and we want to celebrate with our community at our 1st Annual Harvest Festival & Fireworks Show with Cajun food, music, and an amazing 20 minute fireworks show to cap off the evening!

Experience a guided tour of our vineyard and cellar facilities with our vintner and get a behind-the-scenes look at how we make our award-winning wines. Followed by an exclusive wine tasting in our former Tasting Room of our unreleased Chardonel (with its new label) and unreleased Rocko Red paired with local cheeses and hors d'oeuvres. There will be three small group tours lasting for an hour each - 1PM, 2PM, and 3PM - for $25/person. Be the first to take home those new vintages, too, with bottle purchase options for Tasting Tour ticket holders only. Stay afterwards to enjoy Harvest Fest.

Hands-on activities will teach you the importance of the Mississippi River and surrounding wetlands. This event is fun for the entire family featuring live river animals and free boat rides on the Mississippi. Boat rides take place throughout the day with the last boat leaving around 3:30 pm.

This event is located at Riverfront Park depending on river levels. Youth and adult groups welcome.

Jackson Touch A Truck

Join us at the Jackson Civic Center for the third annual Touch-A-Truck event on Saturday, September 14, from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. This is an interactive event for children and their families that allow them to get up close and learn about various kinds of vehicles. Police cars, fire trucks. construction equipment, and a wide range of other amazing vehicles will be on display for everyone to check out. There will also be local food trucks, Touch-A-Truck t-shirts for sale, and inflatables for kids to enjoy. All participants must register, but admission is free! Come make some great memories with your family!

Chaumette Balloon Glow

Chaumette guests can enjoy watching balloons inflate and "glow" pre- and post-sunset while they enjoy food, refreshments and beautiful scenery on our patio or front lawn. Balloons will remain tethered to the ground, and guests can take photographs and have their photograph taken in front of balloons. Families are welcome!

For those wishing to eat at the Grapevine Grill, reservations can be made by calling 573-747-1000. There will also be a food tent outside serving hamburgers, hotdogs, muffuletta sandwiches, jambalaya, cookies and chips. Chilled beverages (soda, water and limited wine & beer) will be served outside. Our normal selections will be available at the Tasting Room Bar.

Please arrive early for best lower deck seating, and/or bring your blankets and lawn chairs! Keep in mind that the Tasting Bar will not do tastings after 5:00 p.m. and the food tent will close at 8:00 p.m.
