Fourth-Grader is a Rubik’s Cube Whiz

NEWS

The Rubik’s Cube is one of the most popular puzzle games in the industry, confusing players since 1974, but 9-year-old Ethan Hudlow of Poplar Bluff isn’t confused at all, he’s able to solve the cube in under 30 seconds, his lowest record now standing at 24 seconds. Ethan tried the puzzle for the first time last September when his teacher introduced it, and he has been practicing ever since. Ethan’s father says he’s usually up before his parents, practicing in the early morning. Ethan loves the challenge, saying it entertains him. Come April Ethan will be testing his skills against other Rubik’s cube masters, traveling to Texas for a Rubik’s competition.
