New Exhibit at Discovery Playhouse

NEWS

On Wednesday the Discovery Playhouse in Cape will be opening a new exhibit to excite children who have a love for animals. The exhibit is veterinarian themed, inviting kids to dawn white lab coats, and perform checkups on the sick ‘animals’. In the veterinarian ‘office’ there are dogs, cats, bunnies, and a horse that require the medical expertise of the potential veterinarians. Sponsored by Ford and Sons Funeral Home and Funeral Directors Life Insurance Co. the new exhibit was chosen as a result of suggestions from the visitors that frequent the playhouse. The public is invited to attend the ribbon-cutting at 502 Broadway in Cape Girardeau at 11:00 a.m. If you haven’t been to the Discovery Playhouse yet now is a great time, shake off that cabin fever and check out all they have to offer.
