NEWS

The heat and humidity of summer may not be much fun, but going to the water park is! The Farmington Water Park is getting ready for that heavy Missouri heat with a variety of themed days and activities. If your family likes to swim then head over on one of the special themed days for a little extra fun.

It starts June 10 with a treasure hunt; find the hidden gold coins in the park and use them for discounts at the concession stand.

June 17 is Aloha Day where it will feel just like Hawaii with free leis.

June 21 is the Father’s Day special where dad’s get a dollar off admission.

June 24 is the Beach Ball Bonanza with beach balls everywhere!

On June 27 wear your wackiest pair of sunglasses for National Sunglasses Day.

While you’re waiting for the fireworks go to the park on July 4, the first 100 visitors will get a free themed-gift.

July 8 is all about bubbles with free bubble giveaways at entry.

July 13 is sure to excite with the cardboard boat races, cheer on your favorite boat and see who’s craft can make it to the finish line.

The only better way to cool off than swimming is ice cream, July 19 is National Ice Cream Day and the park will be offering discounts on this cold treat.

If you’re lactose intolerant don’t worry you can still refresh yourself July 22 with discounted fountain drinks.

National Hotdog Day is July 23 with discounts on hotdogs.

By July 26 parents are probably ready for school to start again, come by the water park for National Parents Day, you’ll get a free stress ball and can relax by the pool.

August 3 is mix and match day where the park invites everyone to be bold and mix things up.

Everyone knows that life is better under the sea, so August 12 come in early for a free sea creature toy to accompany you on your swim.

Finally enjoy the last days of summer September 8 with Hot Dippity Dog where all dogs are invited into the park for a swim!
