Downtown Commercial Open House Set for May 28

PRESS RELEASE

CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO. – Old Town Cape has finalized the participating locations for this year’s Downtown Commercial Open House set to be held on Thursday, May 28, from 4-7pm.
Downtown is full of possibility and potential for current and prospective business owners and investors. However, coordinating personal schedules with property owners and realtors can make the buying and renting process a challenge. This collective one-stop-shop to walk through and analyze several potential locations in one evening increases the convenience for interested buyers and investors to compare available spaces.
The following locations will be open for perusal: 725 Broadway, 339 Broadway, 320 Broadway, 115 Broadway, 46 N Main, 20 N Main, 5 N Main and 4 N Spanish. A reception set up at 339 Broadway (the Former Federal Building) will have additional information, resources and refreshments available throughout the evening.
This is another great event brought to the community by Old Town Cape, with the help of the following sponsors: Reliable Community Title Company, LLC and US Bank.
Old Town Cape is one of the greatest downtowns in the nation. There’s no better time than now to make the move or secure an investment, and become a part of it. For more information, visit http://www.oldtowncape.org/Commercial%20Open%20House.aspx or call Old Town Cape at (573) 334-8085.
