River Radio Announces Annual Coats for Kids Drive

PRESS RELEASE

 

On November 19, River Radio will be hosting their “Coats for Kids” coat drive. From 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. you can drop off any unwanted winter gear to Schnucks in Cape Girardeau; everything from gloves to snow suits is wanted. River Radio personalities will be on site taking donations, so come have some fun and make Cape a little bit warmer for people in need! They be accepting children’s clothing- any sizes and shapes will be appreciated. “I always look forward to Coats for Kids” says Kirby Ray, radio personality of Real Rock 99.3. “We get to help out kids as well as adults through these cold couple of months”. This event is sponsored by Schnucks, Pepsi and the Salvation Army. All clothing received will be donated to the Salvation Army and distributed throughout the listing area. Clothing can be used but must be in good shape.
