3rd Annual Horseshoes 4 “Everyday” Heroes Tournament

 

PRESS RELEASE

Come on out to the Al Friga Farm located on Highway 77 south of Chaffee Missouri (off of County Road 248) for the annual Horseshoes 4 'Everyday' Heroes Tournament. October 15 at noon. Players will need partners for the tournament. $25 per person/$50 per team. The first 30 teams with their paid entry fee receives a bonus. The tournament will be using our special wooden safety horseshoes.

Paid entrants will receive a ‘Horseshoes 4 Everyday Heroes’ coolie cup. Plus, you will get 4 tickets to use as you like - beer, food, or other beverages. At noon, the first team will start on a pit trek designed by a fanatical crew including tires, traps, and tricks.  18 crazy pits to play! Score cards will be given out with the explanation of rules just before the start.  Spectators are welcome ($5 entre fee). There will also be Cornhole, Yardzee, and more! Mouse races sponsored by War Child Riding Group.

All proceeds will benefit the Retired Senior Volunteer Program/Volunteer Intergenerational Center and their Volunteers (our everyday Heroes) in providing services to other heroes in our communities. RSVP/VIC are services of Aging Matters.
