New Director of Sales at KFVS12

PRESS RELEASE

Luke Hilgenbrinck has been promoted to Director of Sales for KFVS12 and WQWQ-TV. The announcement came from KFVS12 Vice President and General Manager Scott Thomas. Hilgenbrinck had previously served as the Local Sales Manager for the stations since 2013.

“Luke has been very successful during his time here at KFVS12,” said Thomas. “As what frequently happens, after a nationwide search, we found that the right person for the job was already here.”

Hilgenbrinck came to KFVS12 from KTVO, the ABC/CBS affiliate in Kirksville, Missouri, where he served six years as their Local and General Sales Manager.

“This is a special TV station with a fantastic sales team, who really strive to help our clients grow” said Hilgenbrinck. “I’m honored that I have the opportunity to contribute in a leadership role and help our clients succeed.”

As Director Of Sales, Hilgenbrinck will be oversee all revenue generating efforts for KFVS12 and WQWQ-TV, along with all of the stations’ digital platforms.

Hilgenbrinck graduated in 2005 from Quincy University with a degree in Marketing. After graduation he spent his first two years in broadcasting in radio and TV sales in Quincy, Illinois, before joining KTVO.

“This is truly an exciting time to be in this business,” continued Hilgenbrinck. “The convergence of broadcast and digital media are changing the way businesses can connect with viewers.  More and more changes are coming all the time and our solutions for businesses grow with those changes.”

Hilgenbrinck lives in Jackson with his wife Jessica and his son Dylan.
