Doctor Lawyer Basketball Game

(Cape Girardeau, MO.)—A team of fierce doctors will defend their title once again as they take on the determined attorneys on Saturday, March 22, 2014, 5:00 p.m. at the DePaul Center (Old Notre Dame High School) on the St. Vincent’s Catholic Church campus. 

Many area doctors and lawyers give generously of their time to practice for and play in this heated competition, and their antics always make for a fun and entertaining evening for families.  Any attorney or doctor is welcome to come out to practice each week and compete with their peers. 

Tickets to the game are only $5.00 for adults and $2.50 for children under 12.  There will be a Post-Game Party at 7:00 p.m. at the Isle Casino Cape Girardeau.  Post-Game Party tickets are $30 and include admission to the game.  A Silent Auction at the After Party will add to the excitement and continue the day’s competition.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Community Counseling Center to provide programs and services to children, adults and families dealing with mental, emotional and behavioral disorders.  The Community Counseling Center is a private, not-for-profit comprehensive mental health care center.
