SEMO Explorer Bus
Native Americans Pre-Contact & Indian Removal Act 1830s
The SEMO Explorer Bus will be on the parking lot of the Bollinger County Museum of Natural History in Marble Hill, on May 17 from 10am-4:00pm. The exhibits on the bus will feature Native Americans Pre-Contact & Indian Removal Act 1830s. There are 12 stations of data on Native Americans starting with the Paleo period and ending with the removal act of 1830s in these exhibits.
The SEMO Explorer Bus is a 38 foot long mobile teaching and learning center. Learn about the life and culture of Native Americans in Southeast Missouri in these fascinating exhibits. Exhibits and activities are geared for grades three to six, but all ages are invited to explore and learn about our Native American culture. Learn about tools, trade, architecture, archaeology, daily life, more.
