The World Food Championship is an esteemed food cooking tournament in which chefs from all over the U.S. can compete. This year the competition was held in Las Vegas, and small-town resident Terry Reinhardt of Red Bud, IL won the title of Seafood Champion, and a check for $10,000. Reinhardt’s winning recipes included a signature seafood dish, fish tacos, and a seafood dish infused with beer, beating out restaurateurs and home-cooks from all over the nation.
Reinhardt is one of nine champions (all from different categories) who will go head-to-head to become the 2014 World Food Champion.
