Ste. Genevieve to Appear on ‘Great Day St. Louis.’


Sainte Genevieve is getting its 15 minutes of fame on the morning television program ‘Great Day St. Louis’. A two-person crew arrived Wednesday to film for a tourism segment of the show, looking at what was fun and new in Ste. Genevieve. Tourism Director Sandra Cabot gave the camera's a tour, showing off locations like the Audubon's restaurant, the Steiger Haus bed and breakfast, and ASL Pewter which will be opening later in the month. Thomas Hooper gave the crew a sneak preview, showing them how he makes bowls in the pewter shop. They also showed some restorations made to the historic Bolduc house.
