Cardio Dance Classes


Want to get in shape and have some fun? There are gyms, and the classic outdoors, but trainer Brandi Holder is holding a Core Strength and Cardio Dance Class at . . . a bar? The Library in Downtown Cape is hosting this cardio dance class, which means that not only can you burn calories with some fun dance moves, but cool off afterwards with a glass of wine. The class is all about having fun, and everyone is encouraged to bring friends and socialize, so even if you’re not interested in a workout the Library offers a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy good company. The class is every Sunday at 2:10 p.m. for $10.
