2015 Jackson in Bloom

Winter may still be trying to hang on as long as possible, but Uptown Jackson Revitalization Organization is moving into spring!  Celebrate spring and the gardening season at Jackson in Bloom on May 2nd from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the courthouse square in Historic Uptown Jackson, Missouri.  Bring the entire family and enjoy a day of fun-filled activities!  Features of the event include the Jackson High School Plant Sale, a traditional maypole dance, live folk music, a scavenger hunt, kids’ crafts and activities, local foods, lawn/garden related products and services, craft vendors, and a variety of participating uptown businesses.

Jackson in Bloom also encourages all local businesses and residents to show their pride in the community by planting colorful blooming plants and trees throughout Jackson so we can truly be “Jackson in Bloom”.
