Advertising Club to partner with Element 74 to host “Digital Marketing Trends” workshop

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. – Tri-State AMP, in conjunction with Element 74, will host an informative workshop on digital marketing trends on Tuesday, April 28, from 3:00 – 4:30pm at the Cape Girardeau Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Topics will include search engine optimization (SEO) and why it matters, general SEO strategy, special emphasis on organic SEO, and industry related challenges within this realm. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn and ask questions related to a constantly changing environment.

Chris Westmeyer, targeted marketing and strategic search specialist, will be the keynote speaker. Westmeyer has 20 years of marketing experience with companies including GlaxoSmithKline, Amgen, Bristol-Meyers Squibb, Abbott Laboratories, Unilever, Sprint, Land Rover/Jaguar, Texas Instruments and many others. Westmeyer has also worked for WWP/Midshare/Outrider, a leading global strategic media buying agency where he sat on both the Google and Microsoft Search Customer Advisory Councils.
