River Campus Announces 2015-2016 Season

The River Campus of Southeast Missouri State University has recently announced their lineup for the 2015-2016 season, including touring shows, and student shows, as well as the music schedule. The season promises to provide a variety of performances for all play-lovers, from comedies to drama, musicals to interactive plays. 

The touring plays are: Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat on October 6, ED ASNER as FDR October 8, The Kingston Trio December 10, Momix: Alchemia January 27, Sister’s Easter Catechism March 22, Bullets Over Broadway May 4, and Cinderella by the Moscow Festival Ballet on April 22.

And, as a special event A Christmas Carol will be returning to the stage this year on December 3, back by popular demand. 

The Department of Theatre and Dance present: The Addams Family Musical Sept. 30 - Oct. 4, Of Mice and Men Nov. 4-8, On the Town Feb. 24-28, and The Imaginary Invalid April 27 - May 1.

The River Campus is also happy to announce the new 'Art Cuisine', a dinner-and-a-show feature available for certain performances where guest can dine in the new Ken and Jeanine Dobbins River Campus Center. The convenient location will allow patrons to eat at their leisure, with no rush to get to the show on time.

Several other schedules for the choir, percussion, symphony, and more have also been announced. Visit the events website to see all listings, book an art cuisine, and check times and cost as these will vary.
