Assistance Available for Flood Victims

The Multi-Agency Resource Center (MARC), is offering flood victims resources and assistance in dealing with the aftermath of flooding in the Southeast Missouri region. The MARC will be held at the Salvation Army at 701 Good Hope Street in Cape Girardeau. Those in need are asked to bring a proof of address (such as a driver’s license or mail) to show your home was affected by the flood water. Several organizations will attend the MARC to provide services like: clean-up kits, financial assistance, tetanus shots, pet food, homeless services, household supplies, and more.

If your home was affected by floodwater and you are in need of assistance, come to the Salvation Army January 8 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. to receive help.
