PBS NewsHour co-anchor and managing editor Gwen Ifill will sit down for an exclusive interview with President Barack Obama in Elkhart, Indiana as part of the two-part primetime special, Questions for President Obama: A PBS NewsHour Special, airing Wednesday, June 1 beginning at 7 p.m. CT on WSIU-TV 8/WUSI-TV 16, the public television stations of Southern Illinois University Carbondale, and PBS stations across the country.

Following the interview, PBS NewsHour will host a town hall during which Elkhart residents will ask questions of the President about a variety of topics.
