What do you know about CarGo?

Cargo

Back in October, we brought you a story about two local entrepreneurs, Gunnar Knudtson and Kyle Campbell, and their ride share concept carGO Read Article

In preparation for their launch in the next 30 days, the pair has been hard at work behind the scenes finishing up the app development, working with regulatory guidelines, and recruiting drivers.

The first of many Driver Training Days for new drivers was held at Codefi in the Marquette Tower on December 20th.  The driver training sessions last approximately 70 minutes and are designed to teach the carGO business concept from the bottom up to new recruits.  New drivers learn what the CarGo business concept is all about, how to operate the new technology, payment terms, and regulatory issues.  The session ends with a Q&A designed to make sure driver recruits feel confident in their new endeavor and can deliver a great customer experience to riders.

Knudtson and Campbell only have 30-40 more new driver spots to fill for carGO's launch. However, driver recruitment and New Driver Training Days will roll on a continuous basis throughout the year. For those interested in driving for carGO the short list of requirements includes licensed Missouri residents, aged 21 and up, with a reliable 4-door vehicle.  For more information about the new driver recruitment effort check out the carGO site here
