Students Compete in Robot Challenge

Southeast Missouri State University is challenging high school students to use their creativity and technical savvy to participate in the FIRST Tech Challenge robotics competition. This event will bring together over 100 high schools from 15 different countries to imagine and build robots. Each team is given a starter kit, but they must create and program the robot themselves using math, science, and engineering principles. The winners will move on to compete in the World Championship in St. Louis for a chance to win scholarships for college.
