KRCU will be holding a free public breakfast with guest speaker Neda Ulaby. Neda is the NPR Arts Desk Reporter, she specifically reports on arts, entertainment, and cultural trends. Her stories reflect political and economic realities, cultural issues, obsessions and transitions, as well as artistic adventurousness. She will talk about her work with NPR with those attending the breakfast.
Dan Woods, General Manager at KRCU says that, “The purpose of the membership breakfast is to give our listeners an opportunity to meet an NPR personality and to connect with them. It gives our listeners the opportunity to meet the people behind the microphones at NPR. We also share station news/updates with those in attendance and at the conclusion of the event, we ask them to make a financial contribution to support KRCU.”
The Membership Breakfast will be held at Cup ‘N Cork on April 6 from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. There is only one day left to register! Click here to RSVP by March 31.
