River Campus Celebrates a Perfect 10

The River Campus of Southeast Missouri State University is celebrating a decade of the arts with great success in their visual performing attractions. Plays great and small have passed over the stage of the Donald C. Bedell Performance Hall, featuring both seasoned actors on their yearly tour, and new Southeast students giving their debut performances. This year the River Campus turns ten with a variety of plays, symphonies, and entertainment in the 2016/2017 season.
This season's Touring series includes:
Shanghai Acrobats: Oct. 12,
Mamma Mia: Oct. 26 and 27,
The Ten Tenors: Nov. 30,
The Great Russian Nutcracker: Dec. 8,
Riders in the Sky: Jan. 27,
Vienna Boys Choir: Feb. 8,
Pippin: March 3,
Romeo & Juliet / Carmen: April 21, and
Cirque Mechanics: April 28.
Students will reveal their amazing talent in the Department of Theatre and Dance series with:
A Chorus Line: Sept. 28 – Oct. 2,
A Streetcar Named Desire: Oct. 26 – 30,
Fall for Dance: Nov. 17-20,
Five Women Wearing the Same Dress: Dec. 8-10,
Big River: Feb. 22-26,
The Diviners: March 23-25,
Spring into Dance: April 6-9, and
A Midsummer Night’s Dream: April 21-23 and April 26-30.
