The Lawless Freedom Rally is inviting bikers, motorcycle enthusiasts, and lovers of freedom to one of the biggest motorcycle rallies in the area. Not only will there be good people and good times but a range of celebrities, live bands, and fun events all related to the world of motorcycles.
It all starts Friday, May 29, with the Deuce Denninger Duo at 1:00 p.m, followed by Murphy500 at 6:00 p.m. In between sets patrons can quench their thirst at the Lawless Saloon, and tour all the local vendors who will be providing everything from food to bike accessories. The Lawless Freedom Rally will be the one-stop-shop for all motorcycle needs, even the custom ones with bike artists Mark Brodie on site. Brodie has created vehicle art for all the NASCAR greats, including Mark Martin and Dale Earnhardt, and now he’ll be sharing his talent by creating custom pinstripes and modifications all weekend long.
Speaking of custom motorcycles two of the industries biggest names will be at the Lawless Freedom Rally. Paul Yaffe - the man behind the bagger craze - will be showing off some of his latest creations of stunning, fire-breathing motorcycles. Zach Ness of Arlen Ness Motorcycles will also be using his custom-building skills. Grandson of Arlen Ness, Zach is a third generation bike-builder who lives up to his family name. Star of the television series Let It Ride Zach is bringing his talents to the Lawless Freedom Rally.
On Saturday Tungsten Groove will be taking the stage at 2:00 p.m. playing the background music for the Arm Wrestling Tournament. You can watch some of the nation’s arm wrestling champions, or test your own strength in the ameture tournament. Afterwards Shades of Soul will be playing at 6:00 p.m.
If you’re a fan of all things automobile then look out for Wild Thang, one of the nation’s most popular Monster Trucks. Pictures and autographs with the driver will be available, as well as a thrilling stunt show.
If you’re more of a participant than a spectator then don’t worry because the Rally has plenty of motorcycle games to take part in. There will be a Slow Race, Keg Roll, Cone Race, Plank Roll, and much more to show off your riding skills.
Sunday will end the Rally on a high note. Come in early for Bloody Marys and Mimosas, then join in with the free Ride-In Bike Show. If you think your bike has what it takes put it in the show where it will be judge by the staff of Thunder Roads Magazine. Finally the award-winning Well Hungarians will finish off the day with a live performance at 1:00 p.m.
Don’t miss any of these exciting events. Check out the Lawless Freedom Rally website for all the details, and catch all the shows May 29-31 in Scott City.
